It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here! We have stacks of Christmas cards, Santa hats, Christmas lights and soon, we’ll have Santa too!!
It is my favorite time of year! I LOVE Christmas. I love Christmas carols, and yes, I love Christmas shopping! I love Christmas baking (and it really loves me too!), family get togethers and even shaking the boxes under the tree that have my name on them! I love advent church services and seeing the joy my kids have when they are in the Christmas play. I love visiting Santa Claus and watching Christmas movies like How the Grinch Stole Christmas with my family!
The only thing I do not like about Christmas? That no matter how hard I try to surprise my husband with a Christmas gift, he always guesses what I got him. I have even tried hiding his gift until he is ready to open it but as soon as he sees it, he laughs and says “it’s a ????” and never fails, he is correct! This year I already know what I am going to get him and maybe this will be the year he will be surprised!
At Dragon Hare, we are thrilled to be providing Santa photos for the Lakeland Mall in Vermilion on December 5, 12 and 19 from 1-4pm. We are also excited about the Mannville Extravaganza! We will be photographing the kids with Santa in his reindeer’s barn on December 5 from 10 – 4pm! Come and visit Santa! And don’t worry if you have been naughty, if you bring us cookies we’ll put in a good word for you!
