We now live in my hometown of Mannville, Alberta. We are really enjoying the sense of community we have found here. No longer are we strangers living among strangers in the city – we get greeted and welcomed every where we go. I’m going to start a new feature on our blog called “Around
Town” and I’m going to be posting images that I have captured while out and about in Mannville.
The first series is taken on the west side of town. Mr. Eschuk builds snow sculptures through out the winter months I am told. I happened upon these ones last week and was fascinated with them! I photographed them at a couple of different times in the day to get the different lighting on
